Kit Description: The Classic Tholian Spinner ( 12″ Model Kit )

I am the builder of the new Classic Tholian Ship

I decided to build a real nice version on the “Tholian Spinner” in the classic look an style…for the 50 th Anniversary of the show. I have never been a fan of the new re mastered ship, and I was surprised a classic ship has never made buy any model company. This is a custom made Tholian Spinner ship 11.5 inches in length. Originally carved from bass wood, I decided to cast the ship, so I could offer Trek Fans the ship at a low cost.. For now, on the 50th Anniversary of Star Trek, ” I will offer you the chance for you to buy this ship now.. The model is cast in resin; Comes in Two parts only,, > Main Body, > Tail Piece, There is no stand for the model and it will require some filing, light sanding and painting. It will be in a off white/white resin in color in its raw state.

NOTE TO PURCHASER: This is a Resin Model Kit and requires model building and painting skills. Many parts may require prep, sanding, fitting and some scratch building. Some models do not come with printed box or instructions and are intended for experienced modelers.

This studio ship was light gray in color, so you can use a flat primer for the model and use dull coat to give it a top coat…

If you chose to buy a 2nd ship, it would be identical to its twin. The Spinner comes from the original casting mold from the bass wood ship and it will be the same. This is a different ship then the others Spinners I have built in the past, with a little more accuracy to a studio model.. I saw one on Ebay a while back $500.00..from a old company that made the model years ago for a limited run.

To have this built with lights, with a sound card, stand, would cost about $800.00, You can buy it here real cheap right now..as just a kit. If you would like a 2nd ship to match, email me later and I will place up a eBay auction for you to buy its mate.. This Tholian ship sells for a sale price $100.00 Reg $180.00 for the kit, and…
