The new “Black Series” Hasbro AT-ST is remarkable… being slightly larger than studio scale, and highly detailed. So much so that artist Richard Long made the conversion of the toy into what could be filmed today! He changed out the “plastic” looking parts to be actual metal, then finding himself with darned near a studio model, he gave the piece some realism in battle scarring! An outstanding job! And now, in my great weakness of loving this art form, along with the fantastic work of a great artist…. I own it! LOL. I have to give Hasbro kudos as well. Their recent toy line in the “Black Series” is beautifully detailed. There is truly no limitation to this art form. Great job to Hasbro, and especially Richard Long for his amazing work.
