Time After Time 1:12 ARGO by Stephen Kundrat for the Karl Southcott Collection

Karl Southcott has collected some “gem” pieces in the past, and this is no different. His collection continues to be unique and fantastic with this build by artist Stephen Kundrat of the ARGO…. the time machine in Time After Time!

 

Just got some pics from the latest commission build I’ll be receiving from Stephen Kundrat. It’s a 1/12 scale ARGO Time Machine from the film, Time After Time, starring Malcolm McDowell. This was another spectacular 100% scratch-build from Steve. The film, as you know, was directed by Star Trek: The Wrath Of Khan’s Nicholas Meyer.

By the way..A little trivia from the movie. Warner Brothers hadn’t released a film using their iconic ‘shield’ logo for several years before Time After Time. Meyer insisted on using the shield in the opening credits, because it added a nice ‘retro’ look to the opening of the movie…
