Back in 2001, I started a Y-wing garage kit project which later drew in other experienced kit ID specialists and builders. The project developed further over a period of a few years and eventually became the Master Replicas Y-wing collectible model. As a member of the team who provided the patterns and research behind this replica, I received an artist proof copy, and that is what is now for sale.

From the point I received this replica it has, due to various property moves, been kept safely in its box. Its only been opened a handful of times and never actually been set on its stand. As you can see from the imagery its in mint condition, complete with all associated printed material, certificate of authenticity and the artist proof plaque which has never been opened.
NB: One page of the printed booklet has a small mark on it which was present when I got the model.

Due to a continued lack of suitable display space I have finally decided to sell the replica in the hope it can go to someone who will value it and be able to display it properly.

Very few standard MR Y-wings were actually produced, and of course only a very few artist proofs were made. This is therefore an extremely rare item.
