“These are 1/1000 and 1/2500 Klingon Bird of Preys, both by Gizmotron. The completed build of the 1/1000 is approximately 6.5 inches wide, 4.5 inches long while the 1/2500 build has a wingspan of approximately 2.25 inches and a length of approximately 1.75 inches. Both are built in attack configuration. The stands are temporary; I am looking for something more ideal to display the two builds. I painted them in Olive Drabs as I do not care for the Emerald City of Oz appearance of the ships in ST:TNG. Due to their size, only the two main colors and some pre-shading were done with airbrush, while the rest was brush painted. They are both weathered using pastel chalks and thinned paint washes, and sealed with flat clear coats. These were not built specifically to sell, however serious offers will be considered. The photos have been processed to be as true to the real colors as possible.
I’ve also got things set up for an optional base for the kits, laser cut and laser etched with the Klingon Trefoil in 3/8” acrylic for $40 for the 1/1000, and $25 for the 1/2500 and would include the laser cut base and a stainless steel or chromed rod at the buyers choice. Pictured is the artwork for the base laser etch, but they will not be cut unless the buyer wants them. Without the base they are being sold as the finished build only.
