For the 50th Anniversary of 2001: A Spacey Odyssey we’re bringing back the Aries 1B Lunar Lander! This is the cornerstone of modern science fiction and visual effects. It is the missing link in your 2001 Journey. From the Pan-Am Clipper, to Discovery One- a must have for collectors and serious model builders.

This is a resin model kit of the Aries 1B lunar lander inspired by 2001 A Spacey Odyssey (1968)

It is cast from Smooth-On SmoothCast resins.

The kit is made up of:

  • 7 clear parts to support lighting the model, including upgraded engine pods.
  • 16 piece landing gear assemblies.
  • 13 pieces for the body and engines.

The deluxe kit includes:

  • VoodooFX lighting kit.
  • Acrylic LED holding system.
