20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is one of my favorite stories. The Disney Film very much captured my young mind with their amazing Nautilus design.. the infamous vessel that was sinking any other vessel crossing it’s path under the command of the bitter, and vengeance bent Captain Nemo. Though to be a monstrous seas creature [...]
Built from the AMT Millennium Falcon Kit, artist Gábor Takacs has chosen this fantastic build to be his first shown here on the Gallery site. The AMT has been known to be a ‘challenged’ kit when it comes to accuracy of the Falcon we viewed in the Star Wars Saga, and yet we can see [...]
For this artists first showing here on Modeler Magic, Bryon Ray is crafting his own Battlestar Galactica at 60 inches in length! As Galactica builders will admit, this is one of the most daunting builds of all time with all the scribing and kit bashing involved. This being at 5 feet in length instead of [...]
I can never get enough of the 1979 film ALIEN! It was fantastic! Artist’s Stefan Böttcher and Klaus Schäftner have brought this film alive again with this fantastic vision of the Derelict ship that the ill fated crew of the Nostromo are wakened to investigate. I love this piece!
I have the great pleasure of introducing Borderline Reality to this Gallery. Artist John Howley began making this X-wing mostly by memory of what he saw in Star Wars. Today, after receiving the actual filming model photos from Modeler Magic, and the full sized prop, he is going to make a second X-Wing that will [...]

I simply cannot get enough of this artist’s works! Garry King is a LEGO Master Builder that I am honored to show on Modeler Magic. Here is his Ron Moore CYLON Base Star…… HUGE at 43 inches! Fantastic!
The Cylons have returned with a awesome come back and a sleeker vessel compared to my first attempt. [...]
Famed artist E. James Small is back with this magnificent Halcyon APC kit build… and some amazing photography!
The APC is done. No Photoshop trickery in these shots was done, except for basic brightness control and color balance. The lights are self contained LEDs with a battery pack stuck in from the bottom. This is built [...]
This “Year 5″ Enterprise with a back-story is fantastic! Very creative indeed! Nicely done by Rebellion Creations artist Orne Montgomery!

` “Captain’s Log, StarDate 2270.3…..We are a weary ship. Intelligence reports have reached Enterprise that a Romulan armada is massing beyond the Neutral Zone. [...]
One of my favorite games was Mech Warrior. Chad Crafts is showing today his build of the “Rabid Bear”diorama…with it’s massive guns! I love it!
I love miniatures! I have the great pleasure of introducing another miniaturist to our Gallery today…. Dr. Mark Burnette. Showing first is his repaint pocket Falcon! I am always amazed at how good tiny models can look! Nicely done.
I thought I would submit my first go at the Revell Pocket Millennium Falcon Model. It is [...]
Marc Elkins has been extremely busy in his shop! Today he is showing this fantastic Studio scale Y-Wing he created for his own collection. This Y-Wing is so fantastic that I could swear it was one of the original filming miniatures…. possible that fourth, illusive Y-wing! His use of weathering and blast patterns, taking the [...]
Major Collector Hector Rosales come forward again with another fine piece for all to view. The Fifth Element Mondoshawan “Hero” head! These lumbering creatures in their massive EVA suits were responsible for bringing the 5th Element to Earth to save the Universe! Thank you again Hector for showing your wonderful collection to us all!
I love when artist Paul Nyul sends me project updates he is working on. Especially those that are surprising to my eyes. This is such a project… the Hasbro Toy Sandcrawler! This is the first I have seen anyone turn THIS toy into a studio looking model. Fantastic!
A friend gave me this Hasbro Sandcrawler as [...]
Who doesn’t know the TRON Recognizer?!! I absolutely love with artist Péter Bíró created with this piece! I would enjoy seeing someone make a 2 foot tall kit of this someday…. both the old version… and the new version from last years sequel film!
The old AMT Enterprise Bridge Kit! I remember mine well. So well in fact that I remember how badly my own turned out! This build will not be so. I have the honor of introducing artist Mike Makkreel to this Gallery. Mike is working on one of these old kits currently, making his into a [...]
Canadian artist Warren Zoell has quite a list of art achievements…especially with fantastic model creation and composite art works. This one of his scratch & bash envisioned USS Kubrick over Hurricane IVAN! Beautiful!
Here is my composite image of my 1/537 scale kit bash Clarke Class U.S.S. Kubrick NCC – 2001 cruising over Hurricane Ivan.
Here is another scratch & bash envisioned build by Paul Mather. This one of the JJ Abrams STAR TREK film… the USS Kelvin. Paul’s version of this vessel is very unique, but manages to keep the main styling as we know it to be.
USS KELVIN, NCC-0514. 1000 Scale. 11 inches long.
Scratch/Bash Styrene. Used parts from [...]
