On October 21, in the Las Vegas area was a local modeling competition. Artist Marc Elkins went ahead and entered the massive build he did for the Michael Plante collection and won overall! Nicely done among some very beautiful builds displayed there!

As work on the eight Ron Moore Battlestar’s continue, artist Robert LePine is finding the this model has ton of greeble parts just as the original series Battlestar. For scale, Robert placed the exact part from the Moebius kit onto the actual scaled drawings for thes 52 inch marvels!
