This fantastic viper build is by artist Wayne Hough for the Chris Borges-Silva Collection! Wayne captures the essence of the studio Viper models very well in this build! The lighting runs from an internal 9 volt battery! Nicely done!

This is the Revell/Monogram kit which was reissued 15-16 years ago. The kit did not include any manufacturer’s improvements and was lacking in engine details. [...]

Recently I was contacted by actress & model builder Sarah Scott about the most recent commission she had out with artist John Beaulieu! He was building her the Monogram kit of the USS Voyager! As you can see… it turned out very well and is now complimenting  her already established collection!

Artist Warren Zoell comprised this fantastic list of upcoming kits… two of which are more significant in my eye… and some of yours I am sure!
The first notable kit for me off this list was a surprising scale.

These 1:32 Viper kit have become quite premium as artist Scott Boon makes them into fantastic EVOLUTION displays like this one for the Albert Siow Collection! Most everyone remembers the film Armageddon, and the reason the mission specific shuttles were built. Showing here today is a fantastic build by Chris Callaghan whom completely re-vamped the Revell kit into the beautiful miniature replica of one of the shuttles seen in that blockbuster film. Beautifully done!

This is a build for collector Curtis Hughes from the Revell Gemini Kit by artist Steve Carricato. This was one unique real space capsules due to the windows giving it more of a ‘piloted’ craft look. Nicely done!
This build reminds me of one of the Astronaut’s story’s….. Richard Gordon of Gemini 11, and Apollo 12. [...]
